FCSB – Rapid Vienna is the second leg from a very intense match-up between two strong teams. Everybody expected a home win last time out but not at such a big margin and now the Romanian team has to do a really good job in order to qualify. The game will start at 20:30 and it will take place on Arena Nationala in Bucharest, Romania.

FCSB are still in a shock after losing the first leg with 3-1. Overall they were the better team in that game as they created more chances and had the possessed the ball much more. They conceded two goals in the first half and their morale was down in the second one. Terrible mistakes were made in the back and the lack of concentration was a big problem. The team coached by Nicolae Dica is confident that they can turn this around. Maybe they could do the miracle that they did with Ajax some years ago, but now they have a weaker team in front of them.
Rapid Vienna took full advantage of their opponents mistakes in the first leg. That’s why they are up 2 goals and have the first chance for the qualification. Last time out they won at home with 2-1 but it wasn’t such a confident outfit from them. They need to score in this one just to make sure that their opponents will have a hard time at home. With an away goal conceded they need to focus on defending and not on attack really. If the visitors are conceding 2 goals it will be hard for them because the hosts will lock up and defend all the way trough. This is why the second legs of these kind of games are tricky because nobody knows how the two teams will approach the game.

FCSB – Rapid Vienna: Prediction
For me a home win it’s all I can think about. I really know how motivated a team can be in a such a situation and the Romanian side is one of the most hardest opponents you will ever get. The hosts destroyed Viitorul Constanta in the weekend with 4-1 and the are so confident before this game. We saw many turnarounds from FCSB and I think this one will be one of them. Rapid Vienna just took full advantage of the mistakes that the defenders made in the first game. The forwards from the Romanian side need to focus more and be more efficient in front of the goal and everything should be all right.
